Purchasing book here on SOStainability.com website, you agree that:• You are responsible for reading the full item description.
• You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you press button to pay with PayPal.
• When we sell license for the electronic book, then we deliver 1 pce electronic pdf copy of the book. This is what you purchase. This purchase doesn't include two or more licenses. Unauthorized copying, distribution or resale of the electronic copy is strictly prohibited. If your electronic copy has any compatibility or unforeseen issue, please contact us first for resolution. We do all our best to serve You.
• Any part and any form of copying, dissemination, disclosure, modification, distribution and/or publication of this file/book content is strictly prohibited without preliminary permission of copyright owner.
Returning the book
Before any returning process please ask us to authorize your returning shipment. With the RMA process we give you the returning address.When you changed your mind and book is returned in perfect condition, to be able to refund, you authorize us to direct PayPal to remove the refund sum from your PayPal account, then place the amount on your bank account.
The cost of return shipping for printed copy is your contribution.
You agree to apply the return administration fee on your balance which is equal to 8.00 USD for each returning transaction.
Electronic copy is non-returnable and non-refundable. What we guarantee is the electronic file compatibility and we are obliged to refund if there is no any working solution delivering the electronic file on any available format to your device.
Agreement for Arbitration procedure
You and seller agree that any kind of disputes or claims that may arise shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in state court. Arbitration is professional way of dispute which is more informal than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury. You and seller (Parties) agree in front that final decision concluded by Arbitration process will be obligatory for Parties.Parties agree that any claim or dispute may arise between you and Seller must be resolved exclusively by Central District Court of Pest located in Budapest, Hungary, EU. Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Central District Court of Pest.
